In a day and age where every other holiday has been shamefully turned into a reason to have a sale and go shopping, we are finally getting it right.

Locally, we have the Service for Peace sponsoring community volunteer activities here in Bridgeport CT. The Service For Peace was founded in 2002. They have more than 150,000 volunteers participating in volunteer activities this year.
