I really like this retirement community here in Stratford.
The Maple Oak Codominium complex is formally known as Maple Oak Reserve. The condos consist of forty two completely detached units on twenty three acres of land, just off Warner Hill RD.
Community Features
- 2100s.f. Clubhouse with a kitchen and meeting rooms
- Fitness Center
- Putting Green
- 42 Acres Of Property
There are six different styles of condominiums in Maple Oak Reserves. Honestly, they all look pretty similar to me from the outside but on the inside you can really see a difference in the floor plans. The names of the different styles of condos are named after trees.
The Styles Of Condominiums
- The Oak
- The Maple
- The Chestnut
- The Cherry
- The Birch
- The Ash
There are lots of benefits to the Maple Oak Condos in Stratford CT that I see. My favorite is that the master bedroom is always on the first floor. I also like that all of the utilities are underground so there are no unsightly poles and cables running through the community. All units include a security system and all streets have street lamps illuminating the community at night for safety.
Architectural Details
- Oak flooring
- Crown moulding
- Tall base moulding (This is one area most home builders skimp on)
- Gas fireplace
- Granite Countertops
There are lots of other details that an article on the internet just can’t express. When spring gets here I am going to head over to Stratford’s Maple Oak Condos and snap a few pictures to include with this post.
