Let’s Start With The Who

My name is Scott (that is me right there on the right) and I live and work here in Stratford CT. I have a college degree in Architectural Engineering and worked full time in the architectural business for about ten years.

I designed houses and out created the drawings that contractors would use to build the homes. When a set of blueprints were complete and the contractors began to build the house I managed and supervised different aspects of the projects. Every day I was responsible for making sure that the contractors were building quality homes that matched the standards that were set forth in the blueprints I had drawn for them.

The What

Stratford Home Hunting is my website where I share everything that I know about homes. Not only do I want to keep you on top of the Stratford CT real estate market but I want to make sure you have the tools you need to find a home that meets your standards. I’m not just talking about a number of bedrooms and bathroom but a home that is constructed with quality in mind and a home that wont turn into a money sucking beast of house.
